Customer Adviser – Branch SupportAs part of further investment within the branch network we are looking to recruit a number of additional Customer Advisers who will be strategically placed throughout our branch network to provide more flexibility. This Distribution Branch Support resource can be called upon when branches face people resourcing challenges. Whilst having normal Customer Advisor duties at your base branch, and a reporting line into that Manager, an important part of your role will be to provide cover at a number of branches.It is vital that you have flexibility to be able to travel to at short notice, with potentially the occasional overnight stay if required. This is a great opportunity to benefit from more concentrated development in your role, given the level of experience that will be gained from working in different environments, with a variety of teams and customers.Having your own transport would be vital.
