Branch Manager required 39 Hours per week to cover the Exeter area.Must be flexible. Previous Management, customer service and excellent sales ability is essential. Must be well groomed and take pride in appearance and cleanliness. We offer an excellent package including Company pension and NVQ2 training. Purpose of the Role-To achieve and deliver branch performance and profitability through new and existing customers whilst delivering new external business.-To lead and inspire a branch team that is focussed on providing exceptional high standards in quality and service in an environment where people want to work and customers want to return.Key Responsibilities-Manage and control workflow standards to maximise branch performance-To recruit, train and develop an motivate an team-To lead and inspire a target driven team through ongoing performance management-To attend meetings and conferences and contribute effectively  to the wider business goals-To liaise and support other branches as and when required-To be an ambassador for the company by presenting a professional image to all customers and colleagues-Establish and maintain an effective communication process that ensures all team members are knowledgeable in all aspects of Company and Branch performance, promotions and initiatives-Manage Health and safety and emergency procedures in accordance to Company and legislative requirements-Be a proactive problem solver-Actively source viable new revenue streams-Drive and increase transactional customer spend to maximise branch profits-To own and resolve customer complaints, promptly openly and fairly-Identify business risks from local competitors and other avenues and propose solutions-To own and resolve customer complaints, promptly, openly and fairly-Ensure the branch is maintained to an exceptionally high  standard of cleanliness and efficiency at all times-To ensure the branch adheres to all Company policies, procedures and legislative requirement-To effectively management and control branch profit and Loss accountJob Requirement-Preferred experience in a customer focused environment-Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team-Proven record of delivering excellent customer service-Strong communication skills-Ability to act with integrity with regards to diversity, Health and Safety and all other Company values-Ability to follow standards and achieve set goals within defined timescales-Ability to overcome problems and offer solutions-Ability to attract recruit and retain new Team member-A can do attitudeTo apply please email your cv's to View full job description
