We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Allied Health Professional (AHP) with highly developed leadership and management skills and experience. This post offers a rare and exciting opportunity for a qualified AHP to join a dynamic and hardworking leadership team.You will be responsible and accountable for the development and delivery of the AHP Services (Dietetics Occupational Therapy Orthotics Physiotherapy Podiatry Speech and Language Therapy) within North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and will provide operational management professional leadership governance and development for all members of the AHP workforce. As a valued member of the North HSCP Senior Management team you will hold a portfolio of responsibilities outside of their Allied Health role and will contribute to service delivery and improvement in its' broadest sense. You will also work closely with the Associate Director for Allied Health and the AHP Senior Leadership Team to drive improvement and innovation to deliver high quality services and ensure that AHPs make a meaningful contribution to strategic change across the Health and Social Care system in Ayrshire.In support of our core purpose of Working together to achieve the healthiest life possible for everyone in Ayrshire and Arran we are committed to a culture that is Caring Safe and Respectful. The post holder is required to work collaboratively in a safe care and respectful way.You should possess an Honors degree/postgraduate diploma have formal training in management and leadership and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Masters degree or equivalent is desirable.
