Select Care Services is a provider of Domiciliary care based in Leicester.  An opportunity has arisen for a Care Management Officer to join our busy team.The successful applicant will be responsible to liaise with the company’s clients to ensure that client satisfaction is being met with the company’s service.  The Care Management Officer should have excellent communication skills and organisational skills. The person will be expected to represent Select Care at client reviews and also build good relationships with carers and clients. Furthermore the Care Management Officer will be expected to attend management visits to clients, also conduct client assessments/service calls, risk assessments, client reviews, carer supervisions and support, spot checks on carers, and many other duties as required within the care sector.You must demonstrate commitment to working within a team and must be flexible within the hours of 9am to 5pm but you could be asked to work earlier or later when required.  There are a variety of duties which are expected from this role, an element of on-call duties is also included and completing other office tasks as and when required.Must be friendly and confident and able to communicate at all levels and have excellent written and verbal skills.You must have a full driving licence and access to a car. Access to company car after qualifying period. You will be required to work 40 hours a week.  A detailed job description will be provided at the Interview stage.
