The Helpline Assistant will carry responsibility for ensuring customer service delivery and operational excellence.   The Helpline Assistant will maintain and develop the stores database and software support from the Account Director and Customer Service Director. They will carry out key administration duties to ensure data processes are adhered to.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer serviceBuild and maintain strong relationships within account, identify their needs and ensure quality delivery of service and products.Provide operational excellenceØSupport stores in the use of Company software to manage online ordering workflow ØGeneral administration and support account team colleaguesØEnsure all processes and systems best practices are always professionally adhered to and maintained up to dateØTake and manage accurate information from the customer, producing detailed stock requests to the logistics centreØSupport on the agreed process for new stores, visit new stores, take briefs for bespoke printed materials for these new storesØAssist with store training and ensure documentation to support store implementation is effective and communicatedØEnsure post production queries are responded to promptlyØLiaise with the logistics centre to produce daily, weekly and monthly stock reportsØMonitor usage reports for low stock, back order reports and advise relevant Account Manager of any reprint requirements ØWork closely together with colleagues in supporting daily operations with regards to work flow and best practiceØEnsure that agreed and documented SLA’s, reverse SLA’s, KPI’s are adhered to. Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:ØPrevious call centre support desireableØRetail experience desireableØExperienced user of Microsoft office productsØTeam player, with a positive outlook who has a ‘can-do’ attitudeØAbility to work in a fast paced environment, where priorities are constantly changing, and keep a clear perspective of end goals View full job description
