Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join its team in Chester working across two supported accommodation schemes for young people and single homeless people aged 35 and under who require support to develop the skills required to live independently. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of service users, helping them to meet the goals identified within their support plan as well as helping to manage the two projects. Experience of working with people who require support to live independently is essential, preferably within a housing setting. An understanding of local services and housing departments and knowledge of the benefits system are desirable. The post-holder will be required to work some unsocial hours, for which a sleep-in allowance will be paid.
