Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an iTrent HR System Lead for my client based in Bradford. Due to continuous change they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Systems Specialist to work as part of the HR team. Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, the role will specifically support the development and maintenance of the HR system and will co-ordinate the implementation of the system into the business, in this case i-Trent. The role will act as the interface between the supplier and the business maximizing the system utilisation on all areas of HR including performance management, MI, learning and development, HR data, HR records , employee self-service, e-payslips and e-expenses as well as providing first line support and response to queries. The key focus will be to maintain and proactively develop the HR system and provide in-depth analysis across a range of people data to support effective planning and decision making and ensuring the timely delivery of meaningful MI.To be successful in this role you will have a strong track record of a similar role gained within a HR environment. You should have an exceptional degree of IT literacy in order to ensure full maximisation of the system. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and expertise of HR in order to fully appreciate the HR requirement. In addition you should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver projects in a timely manner, be a good communicator with the ability to ask the right questions to extract the right information.
